This page explains what data is collected on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on personal data protection, the GDPR and applicable French data protection law.

Quote form: first name, last name, email, phone, company or institution, sector, message Newsletter: email address

Purposes and legal basis

Quote form data is used to process and respond to your request, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. Newsletter data is used to send Navalior Innovation news and offers, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives the data

Data is accessible to the Navalior Innovation team and to our host, Netlify, Inc., which technically processes form submissions on our behalf. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

As Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, data submitted through our forms may be hosted outside the European Union. This transfer relies on the safeguards required by applicable regulation (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).

Retention period

Quote form data is kept for as long as needed to process your request, and for the duration of the business relationship where applicable. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.

Have inaccurate data corrected.

Request that your data be deleted.

Temporarily limit how it is processed.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@navalior.com. You can also lodge a complaint with ARTCI in Côte d’Ivoire (artci.ci) or the CNIL in France (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights are not being respected.

Cookies

The site uses technical cookies described in our cookie policy. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so no browsing data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit.
